I&K LTD was established year 1993 . From that time until present the company build its portfolio with purchasing plots of land and developing residential and holiday homes as well as offering quality properties to their costumers .

I& K is a private company . with founders Engineer Kiril Kocev and Engineer Ivenin Ivanov who are the present managers and main share holders .

Until present days the developers have built and sold over 70 properties which include residential apartments and houses, holiday villas, business properties with total building area of 10000 sq.m.

We are organizing and control the maintenance and the management services for all of our developments after completing which include 24 hours security ,cleaning , gardening and maintaining of the common parts.
